Working with individuals
Emerging leaders There is an urgent need to harness emerging leaders and to develop, encourage and support them to step into leadership roles with confidence. Melbreck Associates has designed an emerging leader’s development programme tailored for aspiring leaders in adult social care. The approach taken enables stakeholders and participants to co-design content that supports the development of leadership values and behaviours. This would be delivered online or face to face by expert input and practical workshops to develop understanding and leadership skills:
-
styles of leadership
-
understanding your own style and personal experiences
-
being a good leader, barriers to leadership
-
hearing from leaders in your field
-
shadowing opportunities
-
also, we would include peer to peer learning space supported by action learning
-
one-to-one coaching offered to embed learning.
